Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our cannabis products and current Texas hemp regulations, all purchases are final. We do not issue refunds or accept returns once a product leaves our premises.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We will review the matter and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Products

Under no circumstances will we accept returns for:

  • Cannabis or hemp-derived products, including THCa/CBD flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, etc.

  • Opened or used items

  • Personal care products (such as topicals and balms)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Custom orders

Delivery Orders – Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery order cannot be completed for any reason—including invalid or expired ID, being under 21, or failure to meet the driver—the order will be returned to the store.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for undeliverable orders.

Customers may choose to pick up the returned order in-store, but must pay the $10.99 return-to-store fee plus applicable taxes before release.

Pickup Orders – ID Verification

All pickup orders require a valid, government-issued ID proving the customer is 21 years of age or older. The ID must not be expired and must match the name on the order. If a valid ID is not presented at pickup, we cannot fulfill the order. All sales are final—no returns or refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Shipping Policy

THCa products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
