Shipping policy
We now offer both in-store pickup and local delivery within a 10-mile radius from our store. Shipping is not available.
Order Fulfillment
Pickup orders are usually ready within 15 minutes during business hours.
Delivery orders are scheduled as soon as possible after we receive your order during business hours.
If your delivery order is placed outside of business hours, it will be scheduled after we open.
Please wait for your confirmation email before arriving or expecting your delivery.

Delivery orders Requirements
A valid government-issued photo ID (21+) is required at the time of delivery.
Acceptable IDs include Identification Card, Driver’s License, or Passport.
The ID must be valid (not expired).
If the ID is expired, under 21, or the customer is not present to meet the driver, the order will be returned to the store.
Returned orders are non-refundable.
Customers who wish to pick up their returned delivery order must pay a $10.99 return-to-store fee plus applicable taxes.
Pickup orders Requirements
All pickup orders require a valid, government-issued photo ID proving the customer is 21 years of age or older. The ID must not be expired and must match the name on the order. If a valid ID is not presented at pickup, we cannot fulfill the order. All sales are final—no returns or refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
⚠️ Note: THCa products cannot be shipped or delivered to the following states due to state laws: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
🛑 Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order is damaged or you do not receive your confirmation, contact us within 3 days of your order date. Include:

Photos (if applicable)
